Roadster roof height adjustment

My roof pump was recently replaced/relocated, after which the surface of the roof is slightly below the surface of the rear deck when stowed. I am unsure how to go about rectifying this. Is there some adjustment available in the frame posts which bolt into the body behind the doors, or is this a function of the pump not being adjusted correctly?
The extent of the misalignment is 4-5mm
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has dealt with this issue.
