Roadster Roof button query

I was in the Z tonight messing about with the ashtray cover and noticed that the buttons for the roof have a faint red glow when the car ignition is switched off .
Does any one have a similar thing going on in their Z ? You can only see when its dark and it is faint.
I know its a bit anal but the battery on my car seems to run down if left to long and I am wondering if there is some 'sneak' earth fault on my roof motor circuit or something. :?

If you pull out the ash tray you'll see a small led lighting them iirc

And that is on all the time?............ I know it lights when you are opening the roof :?

Just had to google what iirc meant .......................sorry (If I recall correctly)

It's only on when the ignition is on. Are you sure the battery and alternators ok?

As I say the battery slowly discharges over time but pretty sure alternator is good. Volts are up when engine running.
It was the fact that the switch was dimly lit that got me thinking that it was not ok and needed further investigation.

Is there a time delay after the ignition goes off? I know the lighter is permanently on though...

No all lights were off, delay completed I think I need to do further investigation......
