Suggest more discerning... find people refer to someone as ‘special’ when they’re inferring they have a social problem... & think that’s furthest from the truth of those here

Apologies if you (or anybody else) took offence. I can only speak for myself, of course.

No, we are definitely a special bunch

Anyone who's been to a Forum meet knows that we're special!

Excuse the dirt... wanted to get you a pic with the roof up... normally she’s meticulously clean!

19’s too I’m afraid

What make are your CSL resps/where can I get some?

What width are the front and rears and do arches need rolling in?

They are made by Atomic, I got them from BM Autosport in Eastbourne.

Front 19 8.5 et 38
Rear 19 9.5 et33

The fronts don’t rub at all with a 225 tyre, the rears rub the liner a tiny bit but only with a full tank, heavy load and on fast bends (255 tyre) . That was easily sorted with a heat gun just to stretch the liner out 5mm where it touched.

No rolling needed :)

Edit: I’m also 15mm lower than sport

I see nothing that’s needs an apology :? Good to see you Saturday MrPT and your cars looking good

Just caught up with this gents - totally agree no apology was needed, shame the Ace meet wasn’t like the weather today

Speaking of CSLs, here a shot from the Ace meet. They might be ‘common’ but they do look bloody good 8)

This does not look half bad at all...

I’m still wavering, in fact, just on the verge of ordering fatter tyres for my 18” wheels but thinking should I go to 19 CSL reps?

How is the drive compared to your 18 Before you swapped?

On 18” much better ride, much better look IMHO, just need to ensure you get the optimum width and offsets.

On 19s I hated the ride, made all the plastic in the car creak, after a couple of months I got rid of them.

Lots of pics of my Montego Blue 3.0si roadster with 18 inch CSL reps from VMR in the US here:
