My recent experience of the AA was crap. Who's good, please?

Am looking for a full package between £300-400.

My wife's Mazda CX-30 broke down just outside Norwich last Boxing Day. The AA arrived within an hour and when he couldn't fix it, got us relayed to the M11 services and a second relay all the way to Basingstoke. It isn't aleays dreadful.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. My experience of AA drivers' work is very good. My experience of AA headquarters' staff and their systems is not.

So, I'm looking for a company that has human beings you can speak to, not apps. A vain hope, I know, but worth a try.

Always found the AA very good. My van is with Green Flag and they also seem very good.

I didn't have any problem with AA either.
