Had to get my zed to leicester to have the cat casing tig welded this weekend as it had cracked around the seal making my engine sound as if it was on 40 a day :lol:

So my mate came over from Burton upon trent to follow me from loughborough to leicester and then ferry me to my works to pick my van up so i have a way of gettin to work till the job is done, hopefully monday.
Any way he arrived at mine and looked like death warmed up! coughing and spluttering just suffering with a bad cold and generally feeling terrible (poor sod)

So just wanted to let everyone know what a top bloke Road Warrior is for doin that for me as he should have been tucked up in bed with a warm flask and some kendall mint cake. Especially at his age :lol:

Well got me zed back. What a difference! it now sounds like a proper baby zed not like an old chain smoker

And the best bit, my idle is so smooth now. After i picked her up and stuck in traffic i thought she had stalled, it was that smooth and quiet The casing must have been cracked ever since i bought her

SO NOW I AM LIKE A DOG WITH 2 TAILS, And the zed is like a new motor, AGAIN!! So once again, THANKS ROADY YOU ARE A TOP BLOKE.

i took 3 prams tug to the boozer today and had a few games of pool, i had to let him win poor lad, he's only got a little 'un ya see, we had a bloody good laugh we did, and it made us think, we gonna do this again, we only had a a pint and half over a couple of hours but it was so much fun - the likely lads ride again ! any old retired pool hustlers out there ?? :lol:
