There are a number in our area which are simply shocking which were reported a long time back by both myself (and clearly other people accordoing to that website someone linked to on here a couple of weeks back).
Nothing has yet been done about them... I'm not sure if the fact they're on major/ main roads into the town is more or less reason for the council to sort them.
