Looks scary to me. There aren't any 'silver bullets' out there that I'm aware of. Some of the best solutions involve factory touch-up paint with 'blob' removers.
By road rash do you mean rock chips? My advice is to touch up the ones you can and live with the ones you can't. We all have them!
Or you could upgrade to an areo kit; it would have a fresh coat of paint.
