RIP. RPI

Sound great but maybe a little much, like something with a “ nice sound” not an ear bleeding sound.

Latest thoughts ??

Oh and anyone after a set of RPI back boxes ?

I enjoy my Stromung backboxes. Small pops on an overrun, and a nice deep tone during acceleration. I certainly don’t find them intrusive in the cabin.

Remus - like OEM turned up by 50%. Plenty of pops and bangs on the overrun, especially when hot, no drone at low rpm and a crazy S54 scream as the revs rise.

Stromung I found a bit much for a daily, now on Remus which give a great balance of exhaust and hearing an aftermarket intake. Would recommend either, think you'll find Remus a bit too quiet after the RPi

despite the noise these are sought after. They will sell for good money and quickly. I have a real love hate relationship with these.

My car already had Powerflow back boxes fitted when I bought it and I'm really pleased with them. A bit more volume but no drone on the Motorway. :D
