Well worth getting, not just for the racing stuff, but his tales of what he did in the war.
I'm sure it was in there that I read about him seeing a Havildar glider going over the Rhine, carrying a tank. The driver's foot must have slipped as the tank shot out the back and plummeted thousands of feet.
His tales of the very early days, bikes and car racing make you realise just how dangerous it all was.
