Can anyone tell me if they have had a similar problem where the head liner on the inside of the soft top has got caught in the covnertible roof mechanism and ripped?! I bought the car from a seocnd hand dealership without having noticed the rip and am now in a battle with both BMW and the dealership I bought the car from as to who is going to pay to repair this. BMW at the moment can't decide whether this is covered under the warranty or not - the car goes in on the 19th to be assessed by a BMW warranty representative... Any info on this would be very much appreciated!
