RIKEN TYRES?

As above anyone tried these?apparently made by Michelin.
More interested in what the wet grip is like as my Zed is my daily driver

Fitted a brand new set of 17inch Riken winters on a 120d winter before last , crazy cheap & performed well , always felt safe driven to speed limits & would buy again
Not tried the summer rubber

They were winters on a lively 177bhp 20td 1er , warmer temps wet roads winters will never offer summer tyre grip into the bends if over the speed limit :roll:
Iirc they were 245 45 17 at £37 apiece delivered , can't really grumble for that new winter rubber

Just had a quick Google and the largest I can find in 18 are 225 so they may not even be an option :thumbsdown:

On what rim widths ? Even if staggered you could go 225 45 front & 225 40 rear on standard 8j 8.5j rims

Mine are standard staggered 18 ellipsoid so I guess the widths you state are correct 8j and8.5j
