Right headlight and EVAP problems

Recently my right headlight had condensation in the headlight then couple days ago the light goes out, day light still works, flasher still works, but highbeam and low beam does not work. I thought it was the bulb but no, because i witched it with the left hesdlight bulb and that bulb was fine, so i ordered a new ballast for $120 did not work still, now im guessing the cable connector to the ballast is corroded? Because when i turn the headlight switch on, the light still moves up and down but the bulb doesnt come on, only the left headlight works. I did order the back peace of the headlight that has the seal went ahead and replaced both left and right side cost me $30 each. So now down the drain $120+$60 still no working right headlight. Also ran the code for the “service engine soon” says to change the evap solenoid plug which i also bought cost me $140, anyone has any solutions to similar problem?

No idea, but I'll be following your posts. I too have a headlight out. Again. Bulb and igniter are good.
