You can order from Germany with RHD. I did that with my wife's previous car as they were doing something silly with the currency exchange rate, so just bought it from Germany direct. You will receive it excluding all taxes, but you have to pay those on import in your country.

thanks for the response guys. so i guess US is out. i'll definitely try the german dealerships.
pvr, would you mind sharing with me the details of the dealership in germany? any idea if the dealerships in denmark would do RHD models too?another alternative would be to purchase a used one from the UK but it'd have to be from a trusted source with low mileage.
its not just about the exchange rate though... the car will be for a special project and not intended for road use. my local dealership refuses to sell an unregistered one to me.

Very annoying considering all of them are built in South Carolina!
Wish they had offered 'US Delivery' in the way you guys get European delivery. A US roadtrip in my new Z then stick it on a boat home..awesome. Even better if I could combine that with a US list price LOL
