i'll confess, when typing replies to forum threads, i'll often omit the apostrophe - context normally suffices. apart from i'll and ill, as thats a completely different word.

but putting apostrophes in where they arent necessary really gets my goat :wink:

In my household the presentation of a bunch of flowers just confirms I am guilty of some misdemeanour / misdemeanours she may or may not be aware of.
