Ridiculous

Thatโ€™s not the first time Iโ€™ve seen very high prices from German sellers. I think the market is just completely different over there.

We just need to figure out how to do a left hand drive conversion and weโ€™ll be millionaires [best Dell boy accent]

Those Aero sills make forum ones look cheap!

I suppose the only bonus if you have a Phoenix Yellow car is you'd save the cost of getting some painted.

If anyone has a set (be it seats or sills) under that price, Iโ€™d consider it a bargain  The market is especially screwed in Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. Spain, France, Austria and Czech seem to be a bit more reasonable

They once did a comparison on genuine Honda RC30 plastics , and gold , and weight for weight the Honda plastic did cost more than gold , that was a few years ago now though. Gold has gone crazy of late , mind you so have RC30 prices.

You can find gold anywhere...RC30's....not so much. :)

Madness, but they are very rare.

Iโ€™ve been looking for about a year for a reasonably priced car with Aero Cills just for the cills and then sell the car on.

In 1988 an VFR750R-R-R-R RC30 (if you could get one) was around ยฃ11,000 which was massive money for a bike. Limited production, the nearest thing to a race bike for the road plus the nostalgia for people of my age makes for a solid investment 30 ish years later IMHO.

Please I would be able to retire if I had kept them all - no one knew a few Escorts were going to cost ยฃ20k these days (unless you knew Berlesconi)
