Im looking into going on a driver training course, and am tempted to give these people a try http://www.ridedrive.co.uk/index.htm Has anyone had any experience, or heard good vibes about them?

Thanks.

What type of course are you looking for, and what are you expecations for it?

Do you want to do advanced road driving (i.e. COAST with IAM/ROSPA), performance road driving, performance track driving, awareness training, car control?

Anyway, to answer your question, RideDrive are a good bunch, along with a few others (there are lots more, but these are the ones I've heard nothing bad about):

You can even read up on some skills before you go (but please, get some one-on-one tuition too).

Just looking at the half day Advance Road Driving Experience at this stage the SO1PM course. That in it self seems to cover quite a few areas, so will take it from there.
I want to improve my road driving, and learn how to drive the Z in a more sprited but safe manner. Hopefully this initial step wlll put me on the right road to achieving this, pardon the pun

Thanks for the other links

As far as I'm concerned, any driver training you take after you pass your test can only help make you a better, safer, faster driver

And some insurance companies offer a discount for having passed an advanced course too!
