Photoshop motion blurs and radial blurs

I use many layers.

Some dynamic ditherings. Anti-Aliasing. Rotoscoping.

I zoom in very close and try to get the best cut possible.

But even then, my cut doesn't always come out perfect.

If you look at that pic I made you can see some imperfections in the cut that I'm not too happy about.
