I am currently looking at adding a reverse camera to the pro sat nav / tv tuner system, to make it look factory fit not an aftermarket kit.
Items required:
Av input cable to tv tuner

Reversing camera, various option available but you need a NTSC version unless you recode the tv tuner via navcoder to PAL. I opted for a camera in number plate surround to give a better view.

4 / 5 pin relay to connect up to reversing lights and pin 17 on the blue plug to the tv tuner, this will ground pin 17 thus will change sat nav display to reversing camera whilst in reverse.
Any 12V automotive relay should do the job, it does not have to carry much power.
You would connect:
'85' to the reversing light power cable.
'86' to ground to complete the switching circuit.
'30' would be connected to ground.
'87' or '87a' would be connected to the pin 17 on the TV module, whichever is switched to connect to pin 30 when power is applied, I think it's 87, but check.
Hopefully get it all fitted this weekend.
