To my amazement I still remembered the password to my account on here and very glad to be back after a long hiatus.
I am a huge Z4 fan boy having just bought a G29 M40i, having already owned two different coloured E89 35i's and an E85 3.0i. I see unable to resit a new Zed....
Coming directly from a Yas Marina Blue M4 to the M40i is a little bit of getting used to less power (M4 was running 550bhp) but I have to say, for 90% of daily driving I absolutely do not miss the brutality and lairy nature of the M car and love the tech, smooth and torquey B58 engine and silky 8 speed box of the m40i
Surprised to see almost no G29's on the road in the UK, let alone in first edition orange. It feels like a very exclusive and small club of owners about.
Anyway, glad to be back on the Zed forum!
