Retrofitting Blue Tooth

Hi

Does anyone know how easy it is to retrofit the BMW hands free kit to a 2010 E89 car? I have noticed that the steering wheel has the controls on it.

I maybe wrong but thought all E89's had the basic bluetooth as standard :?

Oh, well when I go into the Audio menu I only get the options Tuner, AUX and CD

You will be able to tell if you have Under the 'menu' via the head unit 'telephone' and the option to pair a device. Your handbook will also guide you through the process.

I know the professional head unit has a separate menu button, I've never used the business one.

The Audio menu is for just that - not the phone ... the audio button is on the left of the unit IIRC. The button in the 'same' place on the right will lead you to the phone set up. Just push the ones on the right once until you get one with an option for 'phone'

I have changed Z4 but my 11 plate had this and the setup is easy ... once you push the right bit.
