Retrofit Door Handle Puddle Lights

Hi guys, just noticed my ZED has the clear lenses for the door handle puddle lights pre installed, can these be easily fitted or is it a big job?

I'd be interested to know this too. I posted a similar request last month but it didn't generate any replies. If it's simple to do, I'd jump at the chance.
 
just put big fat neons under the chassis :lol:

no its true they are quite usefull in winter had them on the 320d and loved them.
 
Well I built door handle lights and puddle lights from scratch on the previous model and it was easy enough.

Given the current generation has them as an option I imagine you just need to get the door card off and find the harness and away you go.
 
There are quite a few extra lights with the extended lights package though...

I think there are additional lights:

  • down at the footwells
  • underneath the door
  • on the outside door handles

as well as LED lights on inside of the doors beside the door handles ?
