Retro fitting audio controls?

Hi All,

I received this today from sunny Deutschland. I fitted cruise control the other day to my 2004 Z4 3.0 with no issues. This kit has no installation instructions. Two of the small looms have plugs each end so self explanatory. The mystery is the third one. (Top left on pic) any ideas ?? Is it an easy thing to fit. I got fed up trying to source a steering wheel with the audio buttons and scrap dealers take the p*** with pricing. Also surprised to see what appears to be scotch lock type connectors. Will be soldering if possible as connectors are fraught with danger.
