Retro fit sreering wheel switches

Hi Guys, I have a 2003 Z4 3.0 SE which has the chrome line interior fitted. At work today I tested a 2006 Z4 2.5 SI which has the same steering wheel as my car but with addition of the switches on the steering wheel. This is the one thing my car is lacking, so my question is, Is it possible to retro fit these items , and has anyone done it? Any help will be gratefully received.

The switches are quite expensive ,if I was you I would look to buy an m steering wheel.They have the thicker wheel plus the switches.
Their was one for sale in the for sale section,but it's been just been sold.Look to pay about £180 to £240 .
