retro fit cruise control

Hi

i have seen several articles on the retro fitment of cruise control on pre 2009 cars.

i have a 2010 Z4 Msport which i have just bought and it has a very good specification but no cruise control!

can cruise control be retro fitted to the 2009+ Z4 Msport 2.5?

On a E85 a doddle, plug and play as the column is all set for it, on a E89 its my understanding it has to be programmed and you need a new column cowl, not sure if the wiring is there or not either, no doubt someone with more knowledge will give you a more definitive answer

Hi. Mine is the E89 model. Does anyone have any experience of retro fitting cruise control to the car? I have spoken to my dealer and they came back with a blank NO. I know this may be due to the factory not supplying a kit so it may be possible still!
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I looked at a non cruise control E89 and found two ets of guys that would do it for around £400 ish..
