I have been trawling through many threads on here regarding this topic, and some people say YOU CAN and some say YOU CAN NOT retro fit Cruise Control to the later E85 2.0ltr models.
Has anyone here with a 2litre engine done this or can anyone confirm if its possible?

Out of interest, do BMW supply Retro fit Cruise Control as a option on any other 2litre models of the 2006-2008 period?

Well it appears on RealOEM - http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=BT32&mospid=47796&btnr=66_0094&hg=66&fg=95&hl=2 so one could "assume" yes. :)

p.s. if you go ahead, let me know how you get on as I'm thinking the same

That's for 2.5 which is a 6 cylinder engine. Mines a 2.0ltr 4 cylinder
Yes I know, that's my link for my car

Go to Home, stick in your VIN, search for "cruise" and I suspect you may well get the same answer. :| Good Luck.

p.s. the 2.0 and 2.5 use the same base engine - it's just you've lost 2 cylinders :o

Just put that put number into realoem.com and ask where it's used.

Glad to help, good luck - please let us know how hard [easy?] it was to fit - thanks.

p.s. how much?

Cheers will do.
Was £105 all in. Hasn't turned up just yet.
I've read through the 'how to' post seem okish, once glove box is out etc... Just the feeding the blue wire through the pipe bit looks hard.
