Result with Autoglass

Picked up my car a while back noticed a chip in the screen. £190 excess on the insurance

Paid £10 for a chip repair, couple of weeks later it comes loose. Autoglass replaced it with a new screen free of charge today.

Got in tonight noticed a scratch and was also not happy with the kack seal they used.

Rang back regarding both. They are now coming out with another new screen and OEM BMW seal next week!

Yes I second that, but I had to call them out 4 times before I got the job done to my satisfaction.
