resistance in acceleration when changing gear

I have a 2003 z4 manual 2.5i with m54 engine, this morning when changing gear, the accelerator pedal is resisting (at the bite point) at every gear shift. Any ideas or quick fixes, would be really appreciated.

Are you sure it’s not a clutch problem?
