Resin floor coverings

As my new garage does not have doors at the front, I was looking at the options to have some sort of floor coverings.

The plastic tiles are out as they can not be exposed to the sun nor can they get wet really (moulding underneath apparently), I can only see two real options:

- Ceramic tiles
- Resin

The total surface area of the garage is 60 square meter and the costs for both options will be most likely fairly similar (resin quoted at £5k).

Any thoughts or experiences with this (or know good people who can do lay it ...)?

My experience with that is not good, i.e. the tyres from the car just rip it off the floor. Guess that could be due to the concrete preparation requirements though.

Yes that could be down to the concrete I cant help with that im afraid, A friend of mine had his warehouse floor done
about 5 years ago and that still looks good and they have 3 forklifts and lorrys on it 7 days a week

I've had interlocking plastic? tiles down for several years now. Our double garage doors (north facing) are nearly always left open and are subject to rain and sunlight. They are a combination of dark and light grey and the only deterioration is where the car tyres rest on the tiles, where there is some discolouration.
I was warned this would happen when I bought them.
My only mistake was to lay them on a non-perfect concrete surface and should have had the floor screeded before laying.
As for water ingress there has been rain and a dripping hose connection from inside the garage and have never has a problem, albeit I haven't lifted any tiles.
Tiles would be my preferred choice, I considered ceramic but the tile and grout/bedding thickness put me off, especially at the entrance.
