I'm thinking of making a few changes to my Z4 and so I'm wondering how many people have switched to replica/non-BMW alloys and continued using run flat tyres? Any issues?
Also my rear coils have finally snapped (51K miles so par for the course on mileage I guess) - so I'm going to swap in some Eibach springs at the same time. Is the combination of lower/stiffer chassis, replica alloys & run flats something that should be avoided at all costs or should this all work together OK?
(My 108's have corroded very badly (the outer lip lacquer has pretty much flaked away entirely). Not sure they are worth selling as damaged alloys or just scrapping
