Replacing shocks - front and back at same time?

Front NS shock has given up the ghost. Probably going to go for Bilstein B8s as I'm running Eibachs (which are probably the cause of the issue!!), but wondering if I should replace all 4 or just the front pair? Any thoughts or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, thanks. So I'm ok running a different front and rear set up? Or maybe I should just go OEM front shocks again?

Get the rears check, there most probably dead as well. I thought mine were ok but after removing them they had nothing left in them, that was @ 80k

Not being funny but if you're putting Bilstein B8s on the front with OEMs on the rear, there is a significant disparity in bump and rebound between front and rear.... The B8s are a sprint-damper, the OE ones are...well..... OE....!

Personally I'd replace all of them, but then I'm anal-retentive when it comes to stuff like this. In reality with a softer rear and harder front the worst you'll get is more oversteer ;) Which is fun at the end of the day hehe!
