Replacing M Mobility tyres with Run Flat Tyres

Is it possible/recommended to replace the M Mobility tyres which came with my 2006 Z4 M Roadster with Run Flat tyres?

Why would be the first question?

Run flats won't work as there is no lip on the rim to keep them in place if you got a puncture, so no.

That would be a first and to take he models pinnacle of performance and throw on 4 heavy anchors.

The forum is full of people going the other way to improve performance, comfort and reduce tyre costs.
