Replacing Logic Amp with Aftermarket

Hello Gang,

I am new to the forum so please forgive my ignorance....

I read one thread that mentioned a user replacing their DSP amplifier in the trunk to an aftermarket 4 channel that powers all speakers...
Basically adding more of a punch to the OEM ones...

I'm really interested in doing this swap....

Can anyone provide any further feedback on this?

Directions?

Results??

I am wanting to keep all of the OEM speakers without having to add a sub to the trunk in hopes of just getting more sound out of what I already have...

I am not sure this is possible and certainly not easily possible, the DSP amplifier will be a digital signal processor combined with an analogue amplifier. If you replace it with an aftermarket analogue amplifier where will the signal processing take place?
