Replacement Xenon bulbs

I believe the Xenon bulbs in my car are probably the originals from 2009. Do they lose a bit of brightness/colour over time?
To be fair, they seem bright enough, just not particularly white.

Is there a recognised best replacement/upgrade bulb? I know they aren’t supposed to fail, or rarely at least so it might not be a common discussion.
I have seen the OSRAM Xenarc Night Breaker Unlimited D1S 4350K bulbs on the Powerbulbs site for £125 for a pair. Anyone have any experience of these or similar?

SO long as you buy a matching pair from a well known manufacturer you will be ok. My car is 2009 and I have been considering this also.

For example https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Osram-HID-D3s-Bulb-Lamp-light-BMW-Z4-E89-Bi-Xenon-headlamps/232621696579?fits=Model%3AZ4%7CPlat_Gen%3AE89&hash=item3629556643:g:pm4AAOSwXsFaUNCC

I fitted Philips Xenon X-treme Vision gen2 HID Car Headlight Bulb D1S , much brighter than the originals on my 80k mile car.

And the beam pattern has a better spread. Previously there was more pronounced two vertical bright spots with wasted light up towards the sky on mains and i noticed daytime i could see the dipped beam on the curb which i never noticed before.
After tyres i think the best mod on my car.
