I need new wiper blades as mine aren't working that well, has anyone tried the flat type blades like Valeo or Bosche? Any advice welcome just need blades that are quiet and leave no residue

Most reports I've seen of the flat ones on Z4s comment that the passenger side one doesn't curve enough to the nearside windscreen edge, and therefore leaves the last 2-3 inches of the wiper hanging in the breeze.
They're quite good for their wiping performance though.
I'm thinking of simply swapping the passenger side one for a shorter (18"?) passenger one (I think it's currently 21" driver & 20" passenger) to reduce the overhang and see if it works or not, but I've still got BMW ones on mine so don't know when I'll be trying that experiment.
ETA: I meant to also say that above 85mph there's a bit more chatter on the driver's side wiper than with a normal one, and it doesn't get any better as the speed increases. Maybe they need to do a driver's side one with an aero-blade on it.

Thanks for the feedback guys, think I'll get some of the flat ones then, i also need new ones for my daily driver.
