Hi Gents,
Just discovered my rear left shock is leaking. Am running on Eibach lowering springs.
Looking to replace front & rear. Would appreciate your kind recommendations.

Many thanks

Bilstein B8 is the proven cost effective option..

Koni dampers supposed to be very good but no personal knowledge..

As a vote for Koni, on one of my other cars (Abarth) I had 3 replacement sets within the three year warranty. The replacement car (also Abarth) has Koni shocks and never had an issue with that.

Many thansk Gents,
Koni not easy to get at my end. Re Bilstein B8, is there a specific model number for the E89 ?
I presume that they'll have different versions for 28i, 30i & 35i.

Many thanks again

If you add B8’s to your existing Eibach sport springs you’re effectively running the B12 Pro kit which I would highly recommend for the E89
