Replacement Rear springs

Just been told by my indie that I have a broken rear spring on my 2004 2.5 E85 Roadster. I want to tackle the job myself, but wondering what springs I should go for, not looking to lower the suspension, just go like for like, any advice appreciated

I'm in the same boat and there are loads of useful threads on this site - a note to check though is if you have msport suspension. I thought mine didn't and got 'normal' springs. On checking the factory options list on my car it turns out I have msport suspension fitted as an option so need to do it all again with correct springs as its sitting too high. Worth double checking.

The only equivalent to the M sport spring that I know of is the Suplex one:

They are what I will be purchasing to replace my rear M sport springs should they ever fail although in the climate I am in, it seems unlikely (no salt, hot although high humidity).

I used Suplex (msport suspension too)
Get direct from the factory in Sheffield, they have been great so far 9 months and counting.
Also reasonably priced

Yea, would be good to know how much they cost direct from the manufacturer if you don't mind sharing the link :)

Seem to have been hijacked by M Sport springs, I am just after the bulk standard springs, not M and not sport, any suggestions please

Sorry Olson didnt mean to divert your thread.
If you can hang on for a few days I'll have a pair of standard rear Oem springs from my car (93 2.5 roadster) you can have for the price of postage and a donation to the forum if that's any good to you?

Suplex do both "standard" and "m sport" variants ....

Hi Matt

Thanks for the kind offer and I don't want to sound cheeky, but how long have the springs been on? I don't want to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire and need to replace them in a short time
