Replacement M exhaust - thoughts?

For anyone wanting something that's not too loud, I highly recommend Hayward and Scott back boxes, really happy with mine, bought second hand from a forum member (thanks bradz!), mine is a daily driver, started up every morning before 7am, I live in a tiny village with the car reversed up against the house so I couldn't have anything too noisy. They're nice and quiet unless really pushing on and then still not particularly loud, almost as silent as oem on idle (apart from cold start for the first minute or 2) barely any drone, a bit bassy at around 2k rpm but that's it. Everyone told me they were really loud and not to buy them but I'm really happy, around £800 new I believe.

I looovvvee the sound of the RPI! I just dont have one because I drive my car daily, start it up at 6.45am every morning and my neighbours would kill me!

Thanks for the thoughts, I'm trying to figure out what the is the best thing to do. I don't suppose anyone has audio/video clip of a the MM (Machine Monkey) boxes?

Thanks in advance
Mark

they do sound cool but..... it only last for 5 mins before you hate the car! lol...

If we could get enough people interested - I'm sure we can do a group buy deal on the BCS Powervalve silencers...
Would need 5 sets though.
Cheers

I could be tempted by this, depending on the discount :D :D :D
I was going to wait until next year, to allow the ZedMod fund to replenish after buying the GruppeM.....but I'm sure I could be persuaded. Just don't tell the wife.

wilks really rates the BCS system, i cant doubt his knowledge on the s54 so if he gives it the thumbs up then it can only agree really, seems like the offer above could help a few out, unfortunately i cant spend on the car at the moment due to other commitments
