The high tone horn has failed and the low tone is sounding a bit rough so I figured it would be time to replace them. I purchased a HELLA 3FH 012 010-041 from autodoc and set about attempting to fit it today **Note to future adventurers you can do this without removing your bumper and by instead gaining access via the fog light access flaps in the wheel arches.**
Unfortunately I was unable to complete the replacement as the connector on the new horn/trumpet was a bigger/newer style so everything had to go back together
This is the horn I ordered and doesn't fit (might fit newer BMWs with a different connector but doesn't fit mine? ) Does anyone have a link to a good replacement set that will just fit as close to OEM quality as possible? Please thanks

Also does anyone know where I could get the corner splash guard from that the temperature sensor mounts to. I have used an online breakers yard search site and can get a brand new one from BMW for £183 but the online quote tool wants £195 for a second hand used part something doesnt add up.
