Replacement Bushes - How much?

Car has just clicked over 70k, and the bushes are starting to feel like they could be renewed.

How much would i be looking at paying at an independant to get front and rears replaced?

Also - when is a common milage for people with z4's to need to replace them?
 
recently had the front bushes replaced . the kit from BM was £115 + labour to fit . not sure on the rears ?
they are cheaper at ECP by almost half
 
I did mine myself a couple of weeks ago. If you are talking about anti roll bar bushes, they are £ 10.59 ea front, and £3.37 ea rear +vat. Took about an hour to do, I'd do it in half the time if I was to do it again.All you need is a decent jack and some axle stands.My car is an 03 3.0 se.
