Replaced DISA Valve

Had the DISA replaced before christmas! just sounds a bit odd to me? am i being daft?

replaced mine on my old e46 330 ,unless its the sound quality of vid, that disa sounds worse than mine did before i changed it.

That's a very noisy chap. Replaced mine, definitely doesn't sound like that

nova2k7 ,dont know how good you are with a spanner, but its really easy (on a 330 at least )to remove the disa and check if there is any play in it ,which would result in the rattle noise ,at least you would know then if the part fitted is faulty.then take it back to the place that fitted it .
Its a while since I did it but pretty much a few screws and pull valve out and replace with new unit ,you may have to remove one side of an air pipe to move
aside for access,believe me I am no mechanic but it is simple ,search the web there is loads of how too,s

I've got a similar rattle. I've had my DISA out and there is a tiny but if play in it (less than 1mm). Likely to be the same issue?

Your oil cap is upside down by the way
