replaced convertible top, one side moving up the other not.

I just replaced the convertible top motor, and I went ahead and tested it before I tightened it all down. One side goes up quick but the other side lags... is there simply air in the lines, or did the holes within the bolt, that connects the hydraulic lines, have to match up perfectly to the lines? :headbang:
