Replace O2 sensors as preventative maintenance ??

Searching for a new CAT for my cousin's Hyundai, the website I found says that faulty O2 sensors are a main reason that CATs go bad. It says that manufacturers suggest replacing the O2s at 60K... Any truth to that, especially with respect to our E85s ?
 
Can’t say I’ve noticed a pattern of cats/lambdas failing at any mileage apart from maybe the 2.0 e85? :?

Wait for them to fail...although if (like mine) they've been in there for 150,000 miles you may find them almost impossible to remove :headbang:
