Replace headlamp bulbs

The dim is an H7 Halogen that I have managed to remove but have no idea what the main beam is and or how to remove it. I have a 07 2 litre soft top. Any advice appreciated.

That black part is the levelling motor, from what I remember.

Pretty sure the main beam bulb is also a h7.

If the headlights are halogen, then both bulbs are the same. H7?
Main beam is replaced exactly the same as dipped beam. Are you sure you looking in the right place?

Probably not, thought the balancing motor was the main beam lol

Managed to change the low beam H7's and removed the High beam but for the hell of me cant get them back....is there a method to get the main beam bulbs back into the housing

yes h7 and h7 - take your line by looking at the main beam from the front.. when you look under the wing you will find its tucked in the far corner - i tend to jack the wheel up -take it off and drop the car onto the axle stand and take my time , i had to laugh at a halfords girl (yes girl) who tried to change one by just turning the wheel alone.
