Rented property absolutely trashed top to bottom.

What arseholes....

Was there a particular reason that they trashed the house, was you trying to get them out ?

My wife, who is a wedding cake designer/maker used to live in Solihull and we made a lot of deliveries over that way...Not the best place, but there is a lot worse in Brum..

Hope you get it sorted mate - horrible situation and its beyond believe why some people thing they can just do this!

Thats why its so important to find the right people and at the right money

feel sorry for you mate. i have a handful of properties and a lot of stories to tell

best thing is not to lose sleep over it and chalk it down to experience...... get it sorted and take a 2 month deposit next time round or go through an agent

Scum... I had a similar issue with the house i used to let.

Chav bitch but at the time seemed perfect good job/ references no kids.

Her drunk scum of earth bf moves in....

She then stops paying rent. By the time the court and police step up she is pregnant so cant be evicted.

Bf comes to my house and threatens me after he hears i have taken them to court. We have a bit of a tussle on my on drive!! If my neighbours didnt step in would have been much worse... (he even tried charging me for assault - lucky police had none of it) But i still had to go to work (where i am business facing) black and blue.

Eventually get them out, and the icing on the cake... They smash literally all the windows, break the partition wall between 2 bedrooms and break most of the interior doors... Literally took a hammer to the walls/ windows etc.

Insurance cover some of it, i had to pay some... Council recommended dealers eventually took up the cleanup job (had to see a dozen or so before i found ones which agreed) cost £10 -£12k to fix and i sold the place :(

I would try builders... And good luck. Sucks but my dad has been managing property for over 30 years and between us only had 2 bad cases.

Shocking mate. Have a couple of rentals myself, but been lucky so far.

I assume the rental property is Sutton Coldfield too, but you haven't said ... ( Just thought it may clarify for those who know a Cleaner capable of this type of work in the right area ???)

The property is in the erdington area of Birmingham.... I've found a company, got an appointment at 11am tomorrow for a quote. I'm preparing for serious butt hurt on this removal.

FAaack, gutted for you. Absolute filth bags, unfortunately you do see it a lot on TV but I guess you don't expect it to affect you. Guess unless you know some erm handy people, may be best you didn't get in an arguement with them - some of my mates went to Aston Uni and lived in Erdington (I was in Smelly oak at Brum Uni) but when we were up at theirs we watched our backs in places round there at night :headbang:

pay the money and let the professionals do it. they will have all the right tools/cleaning products etc to do the job properly.
