Remus vs Original Exhaust

Good idea on those ramps, i seem to remember seeing them cheap in halfrauds, could be handy for general maintenance.

+1 mine certainly would. Even with the low jacks I have trouble.

Btw the OEM exhaust is great too... Makes a great noise just seems quiet in the cabin, photographing the car recently with my dad driving, at full chat it is a loud and refined rasp. Perfect IMO the 3rd party exhausts ive heard at meets sound a bit.. well not as refined imo. Also mine attracts a lot of attention as it is, a louder exhaust would attract more unwanted attention. Putting a new induction kit completes the noise for me with the oem exhaust.

The Remus is meant to be one of the better ones tho. Just my opinion of corse its a personal thing.
 
No doesn't make any noticeable noise difference, had it replaced by a BMW one at the last service just added it as it came with the RPI kit need to update my sig.

Ive read the BMW filters are about as good as they get so decided to have it how it was designed :thumbsup:

It depends on the ramps. I have no issue with the front scraping when reversing onto these "Race Ramps RR-56" - there are at least a couple of inches to spare on the front when the rears are on these ramps. The front approach angle was what I was more concerned when I got these ramps, but as you can see, even that has plenty of clearance.

Great. I now 'need' some of those ramps. I have no idea why... There goes another £180 at some point :roll:
 
really nice ramps and the exhaust looks great.. dont mind me mentioning that your car is a bit downhill as you coming onto the ramp or is it an optical illusion ;)
 
I have the ACS back boxes made by Remus and they're great. Sound turned up just to 11, blacked out paint, good quality few more pops and bassy sound. Quality items.
