After posting about this before I've decided to top and bottom of my dash and door sills (basically every surface of the shitty pitted plastic that I hate) covered in trimmed black alcantara with red stitching.
Found someone who will do this but he won't take the dash out.
I know this is a big job, but without a Haynes manual available for the Z4 (they only did one split with 5 series which isn't complete), I've no idea where to start. Anyone done this before?
