I knowww i really do need alloys...no idea when i ll buy some...
Deffo will not be getting 108's just far too common it seems...least no1 else has what ive got on mine (maybe for good reason) but its individual
Also i was washin my car today and the left fog light is like loose...its not going to fall out but it is loose...should i worry about it?
Or just be confident that the thrust from the rocket that is the 2.0 will create enough g-force to keep it in place?

Ellipsoids are the way to go. Best looking alloys for the Z4 IMHO

have you ever seen them on a post facelift car though? not sure they would look quite right

cj10jeeper has the ellipsoids and has updated to the 2007 front and clear headlights. Still think they look pretty sharp. Are there any other changes on the facelift model that would clash?

I had them... until I replaced them with bigger and better ones - easier to clean as well as those star spoke ones are a b*stard to keep clean.
I had a loose fog light too - only one screw to tighten I think behind the bumper - you shouldn't have much trouble getting a screwdriver in, - I had it sorted by a mechanic (as they'd caused it) and it took all of 20 seconds.
It's worth doing sooner rather than later or when you want them it'll flicker all over the place.

It'll be ok once the 18" rims are on as they'll be like huge great flywheels smoothing the vibration out....

I could always swap wheels with my dads E93..sure he wont mind...
"oh yeh dad ur car looks SO much better with 16's...and dont forget rally cars have diddy wheels"
Guess i best just get saving actually... :headbang:

I might as well take the 22´s from my dads Touareg :D

Adam - I did have the ellipsoids for a while after I changed the front end but never really like them so swapped to the 108's and later customised those to get what I now have and love. :)

Here's and old facelift to illustrate:

Ah! fair enough... have to say I still prefer the ellipsoids! I have seen a pic of your car with the modified 108s though and they do look great!
