Removing N/s wing rounded torque screw

Well seeing what a lovely day we had yesterday I thought I would get on with a couple of longstanding jobs. I wanted to put on my facelift bumper and lights, with the newly required Hids and also replace my damaged front wing. Everything went to plan, old wing and lights were removed and side skirt came off to gain access to the bottom of the wing. Then the problems started, took out the side indicator to get at the 2 torque screws, managed to release the top one with no problem, but couldn't remove the lower one for love nor money. Now think it may be rounded off !!!!! does anybody know of anyway to get a rounded off torque screw out????

Got a picture? If it's too far gone (and you can get to it) best bet might be drilling the head off and then removing the rest with mole grips once the wing is off.

Cant get a drill at it, it is inside the wing and it is the difficulty at getting to it that makes it so hard to get the pressure on it that has resulted in it becoming rounded, not even sure I could get a photo

Torx screw? Like a 6 pointed star? Lots of plusgas and check the right size bit is being used. Failing that if you can't drill it then can you cut it from the other side?

Cant get to it, unless you took the door off and that really is the last resort

spent many happy hours freeing off seized nuts and bolts. Probably things you've already thought of but.....

can you get a dremel in the cut the head off? remove the part then drill and retap the hole

can you get any heat on the screw?

if you can't get a drill in have you got a 90 degree drill adapter and will that fit? (these are very useful but infrequently used)

can you weld a nut onto the torx screw?

finally if the wing is scrap anyway can you cut if off to give decent access?

I'm not sure where it came from, I got it through our system at work (that's where I use it) I'll see if I can find out.
