Removing exhaust tips

Afternoon, if anyone knows what is required to take off the M exhaust tips let me know - I've tried various allen keys without success. Am I missing something? cheers

Those on my ///M backboxes are pop rivets - 2 for each tip. I'm sure you'd need the exchaust off the car to drill them out.

Why do you want to remove them?

Crikey, I was only looking for a way to give them a decent polish. It seems I'll have to adapt a different strategy, though without a jack this could be tricky...

Metal polish on a strip or cloth wrapped over the top of one tip at a time and pulled back and forth will do the job in minutes
