Remove rear wheel arch trim? (dent)

Hi

I have a small dent right behind the fuel cap
Is it hard to remove the wheel arch trim and is it possible to access it from the inside without removing the entire fender?

I had one right on the arch- was a bad one as well- all gone with no traces! :thumbsup: a decent dent guy will have no issue!
